From her days as a Real Estate Paralegal, working for some of the most prominent Real Estate Attorneys in S. Florida to her days as a Top Loan Officer for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., where she established herself as their Miami Top Producing Rookie and received a National award of ''Top 100 Best Mortgage Originators in the Nation'' in 2004. Later, venturing on her own as a Mortgage Broker for seven years and originating record braking amounts as a single agent. In 2007 Ivette started Sky~Land International Realty, a boutique real estate firm specializing in luxury homes and estates, ranch real estate, and waterfront properties in South Florida. She built a reputation for her knowledge and expertise in Real Estate Profession. I earned my BA in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida in 1990. Later, I moved to Miami to attend law school, but after much soul searching, I realized that my heart was not in the practice of law, but rather in the magnificent world of Real Estate. Thereafter, I began my quest and concentrated on obtaining as much knowledge and sales experience in both, residential and commercial real estate. In 1999 I obtained my Real Estate license and in order to subsidize my living, I worked as a real estate paralegal allowing me the opportunity to fully grasp the real estate industry from different angels. Later, I was solicited by Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage banking company that offered residential mortgages to consumers in the southeastern United States. Capitalizing from my legal background in real estate and sales experience, I became one of the top producers within the organization. In 2007 I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license and founded Sky~Land International Realty. Since then I’ve been committed to outstanding client representation, detailed market knowledge, hi-tech marketing solutions and using all of the resources I possesses to represent my clients in a positive and professional manner, providing extraordinary service with integrity, honesty and a commitment to excellence.
